19/04/2017 - Alpin Sun has successfully secured a 1200 MW pipeline in Texas, USA. The NTP is expected to be received in Q4 of 2017 and COD in Q3 of 2018. The initial investment in developing the pipeline will reach 15 MM euro.

30/05/2016 - Alpin Group has entered in a 20 year PPA for its Spanish projects with a major Utility Company in a contract valued at 126.264.000 euros.

30/05/2016 - Alpin Group has secured 350 MWp of RTB projects in Spain and intends to start construction in the last quarter of 2016. The projects will allow Alpin Group to enter the Spanish IPP market.

30/05/2016 - Alpin Group has successfully finished the commissioning of 5 MWp site in Thomson Farm, Wigan UK. The project was sold to SPI – Hong Kong branch.

30/05/2016 - Alpin Group has commissioned a 10 million euros investment and is successfully operating 9.4 MWp in Cristuru Secuiesc, Romania.

14/08/2015 - The Regional Directorate of Environmental Assessment Service of Atacama declared admissible on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of the project "ValleSolar Photovoltaic Park Project" presented by Alpin Sun Chile.

07/05/2015 - Alpin Sun Germany has entered a Joint Venture with Soventix GmbH and S.A.G. Solar Development & Construction GmbH (owner of Suntech Group) for the construction of a 9.5 MWp site in Romania. The site will be finished in September 2015 and will consist of a total investment of 10 million euros.

06/02/2015 - The UK subsidiary - Alpin Sun UK has finished the development of a 5 MWp site in Wigan, near Manchester.The site has obtained planning permission and grid connection and will be built in the summer of 2015 with a total investment of 7 million euros.

10/11/2014 - Alpin Sun and a large energy provider have won the public auction for construction of an EU funded PV installation of 2.8 MWp in Romania in the city of Rosiorii de Vede. The contract has a total value of 30 million Ron, and will be executed in 2015.

24/04/2014 - Alpin SUN has signed an MOU to build a 37 MWp plant in Chile. The plant will be commissioned at the beginning of 2015 and is part of the initial effort of the company to extend its operation in South America. The contract will also enable Alpin SUN to develop another 70 MWp in the next 3 months which will add to the initial projection of 100 MWp installed capacity for the next 12 months.

29/03/2014 - Alpin SUN is the leading competitor in a public auction in Romania with regard to a PV plant consisting of an install capacity of 3 MWp. The plant is scheduled to start construction in early June and will be commissioned 3 months later.

21/03/2014 - A consortium between Alpin SUN and CECEP Oasis was signed enabling the companies to participate in a Build Own and Operate Tender process in Jordan for a PV plant with an installed capacity of 100 MWp. CECEP is a well respected SOE - State Owned Enterprise in China and the objective of the company is to deliver solar modules and fund the investment process. Alpin SUN will lead the EPC construction and the consortium will operate the plant jointly.
